Is registration for buyers free?
Yes, registration is currently completely free! For a limited time, EuroCheeseHub offers buyers full, unrestricted access with no hidden fees. Once you register and publish your very first request, your exclusive VIP Member badge will immediately appear on your post and profile, active for the entire duration of our launch promotion.
With this VIP status, you can publish unlimited requests and contact cheese producers directly through the EuroCheeseHub platform. Take advantage of this launch period to showcase your sourcing needs to potential suppliers at zero cost.
What are the benefits of becoming a Founding Member?
To celebrate our official launch at the Cheese and Dairy Products Show in Paris (June 7-9, 2026), we are offering a unique opportunity. The first 30 members who register and publish a minimum of 5 offers will be granted lifetime access to the EuroCheeseHub database completely free of charge. What happens if I register after the 30 Founding Member slots are already taken?
Don’t worry, you still get a fantastic deal! If you register after the Founding Member slots are filled, you will automatically receive a free VIP Membership for a limited time. This gives you full, unrestricted access to the platform and allows you to publish an unlimited number of offers in both the “Product catalog” and “Hot deals” sections at zero cost during our launch phase.
What happens if the 30 Founding Member slots are filled but a user hasn't published 5 offers yet?
To secure permanent “Founding Member” status, the 5-offer requirement must be met within 10 days of registration. If you miss this window, you will lose the lifetime membership right and your account will automatically transition to a VIP Membership without prior notice. However, you will still receive a complimentary VIP upgrade for a limited time, granting you unrestricted access to post unlimited offers completely free of charge.
What are the conditions to become a Founding Member?
To secure your permanent “Founding Member” status and lifetime access, you must fulfill two simple criteria:
Be among the first 30 producers to register on the platform.
Publish a minimum of 5 offers in your dashboard by June 30, 2026.
If you miss the June 30 deadline, your account will automatically transition to a free VIP Membership active until March 31, 2027.
How many languages is the EuroCheeseHub platform available in?
Currently, the EuroCheeseHub platform is available in English (default) and French.
By September 1, 2026, the platform will also be fully accessible in Spanish, Italian, and German.
As a Producer, what happens to my account and active offers once the launch promotion ends?
Once the limited-time free launch period expires, your producer account will automatically transition to a Free Membership. However, as a thank you for being an early adopter, we won’t hide all your hard work. You will receive an exclusive loyalty benefit: your top 2 offers will remain active and fully visible on the platform’s frontend completely free of charge.
The rest of your published offers will not be deleted; instead, they will be safely stored in your dashboard in an inactive status. To reactivate them and showcase your full range, you can easily upgrade to one of our premium tiers:
Gold Membership: Allows you to post additional 5 offers on the platform.
VIP Membership: Unlocks unlimited offer postings for maximum visibility.
Please note: For any new producers registering after the promotional launch period has ended, the Free Membership will serve strictly as a viewing account with no product posting privileges.
As a Buyer, what happens to my account and active requests once the launch promotion ends?
Once the limited-time free launch period expires, your producer account will automatically transition to a Free Membership However, as a thank you for being an early partner, we won’t hide all your hard work. You will receive an exclusive loyalty benefit: your top 2 offers will remain active and fully visible to buyers on the platform’s frontend, completely free of charge.
The rest of your published requests will not be deleted; instead, they will be safely stored in your buyer dashboard “My account” in an inactive status. To reactivate them and showcase your requests, you can easily upgrade to Vip membership for only € 49/year, one time fee.
VIP Membership: Unlocks unlimited requests postings for maximum visibility.
I received the "Founding Member" badge upon registration. Do I get to keep it forever?
Yes, but under one important condition! To permanently keep your “Founding Member” status and lifetime access, you must publish a minimum of 5 offers by June 30, 2026.
The badge will appear on your profile and your initial offers immediately to welcome you as a pioneer. However, if June 30, 2026, arrives and you haven’t published at least 5 offers, your account will automatically transition to a VIP Membership. While you will lose the permanent Founding badge, you won’t lose out—you will still enjoy free VIP access with unlimited postings until March 31, 2027.

Are there any commissions to pay as a member?
No, we do not charge any commissions on transactions or sales. EuroCheeseHub is a 100% commission-free platform. The only cost you will ever pay is the flat fee for your chosen membership tier (Gold or VIP), allowing you to keep all your revenue.
